Q. How soon will my refund be back?

A. You will receive your refund within 5 – 10 working days.

Q. How will the tax office pay my refund?

A. It will be paid into your nominated bank account.

Q. How can I pay for my return?

A. We accept cash or card on the day. This ensures a speedy return of your refund directly into your account from the ATO.

Q. What if the bookkeeping software I use is different to the one you use?

A. No problem, we can prepare your returns from any software package you use.

Q. Will I get into trouble if I haven’t lodged returns from previous years?

A. It is best to lodge them as soon as possible. You will not be penalised as long as you are due for refunds from the ATO.

Q. Do I need to make an appointment?

A. Yes, it is best to make an appointment to come in and see us. We can prepare your return and get you to sign, then lodge in a timely manner.

Q. What if I don’t have any receipts?

A. That’s ok, we will claim everything possible for you.
